JOE COFFEE

Joe was founded in 2003 as a singular specialty coffee house in Manhattan’s West Village with the simple vision of brewing the highest quality, unique coffees and serving them with unsurpassed hospitality and knowledge. In order to bring such highly curated coffees to our customers, we worked alongside some of the most renowned domestic and international roasteries. With the july 2013 launch of our own roasting operations in red hook, brooklyn, we now roast 100% of our own single-origin and blended offerings. Whether in the roastery or in one of our now 10 cafes, we strive to affect our deeply rooted core value proposition: the desire to build, maintain and strengthen community at every level from producer to customer.

SIXPOINT BREWERY

Whether it is a Craft Ale, Crisp Lager or Cycliquid – each of our beers is a unique Sixpoint creation. The fountainhead of our creativity is not confined to the shackles of “style guidelines” because style simply has no guidelines. Style is boundless, amorphous, restless.

BERARDI’S FRESH ROAST

Berardi’s is a pure specialty roaster with a unique style and a passion for freshness. To maintain our high standards and reputation, we search worldwide for the best available beans. We protect the quality of those beans by custom-roasting daily and shipping within 24 hours after roasting. In addition to fresh roasting our famous coffees, we also offer a full line of the most popular coffee-related products, including Traditional and Herbal Teas, Chai, Cocoas, Flavored Syrups, Candy, Gift Baskets, and Accessories. Give Berardi’s a try. And you’ll see what a difference “fresh” can make.

FOUR & TWENTY BLACKBIRDS

Four & Twenty Blackbirds pie bakery was founded in 2009 by sisters and pie makers Melissa Elsen and Emily Elsen. The popular flagship Four &Twenty Blackbirds pie and coffee shop is located in Gowanus. The company also operates a cafe in the Brooklyn Public Library, a production kitchen, a seasonal storefront shop in Orient, Long Island and a new Pie Counter opening in Prospect Heights in March 2017.

AUREOLE

Charlie Palmer’s signature Progressive American cuisine first took root in the original townhouse location of Aureole, where he made an early commitment to farm over factory food. Today, Aureole continues to shine at One Bryant Park under the kitchen leadership of Executive Chef Gabriele Carpentieri. Dining at the contemporary Aureole is staged in two venues: the formal Dining Room and more casual Liberty Room. In the Dining Room, terra-rich colors and golden lighting combine to create a comfortable environment and opulent warm glow, reminiscent of Aureole’s original townhouse intimacy.
