On Friday, February 21st, The Play Company will facilitate a discussion between Vincent Warren, the Executive Director of The Center for Constitutional Rights, and Hina Shamsi, the Director of the ACLU’s National Security Project. Both organizations have recently brought lawsuits against New York City and the NYPD over their controversial policies such as the Muslim Surveillance Program and “Stop & Frisk”. We hope you’ll join us for a fascinating and illuminating conversation. The discussion will immediately follow the performance and will begin at around 9:00 pm. You don’t need to have attended the performance to attend the event.
