Our Idea Lab series for The Duchamp Syndrome wraps up this Monday, June 1 with comedian Ryan Puno. Antonio Vega has hosted a stellar series of New York comedians who joined us every Monday to share some post-show stand-up, their New York stories and their impressions of the play. Come out this Monday for the show and the comedy of Ryan Puno. Even if you’re not seeing The Duchamp Syndrome that night you’re welcome to stop by at 8:30 for the post show.
Ryan is from the Philippines. He lived there his whole life until he moved to New York last September to become a full-time comedian. He writes jokes, sketches, screenplays, articles, commercials, love poems and mediocre rap. The most memorable reaction to a joke he ever got was when an audience booed him, but applauded at the same time.
Ryan will also be appearing at The Cake Lounge on June 4.
